Fire safety compliance
One record.
Three partners.
A safer community.
Fire safety only works when the business, the contractor, and the fire department see the same information. Visilence is the shared record that connects all three.

Where it breaks today
The same building, described three different ways
Every party holds a piece of the truth, and none of them holds the same piece. The gaps between them are where compliance actually fails.
The business
You get a report in the mail and hope it was filed. Nobody tells you what was found, what it will cost, or when the next one is due.
The contractor
You inspect the building, then re-key the same data into email, PDFs and someone else’s portal. The work is done long before the paperwork is.
The fire department
You chase paperwork instead of preventing fires — and the record you finally get is a vendor’s, not yours, so you cannot correct it.
How the connection works
The inspection is the record. Nothing gets re-typed.
One pass through the building updates what all three parties see. There is no filing step in the middle because there is nothing to file — the record is already shared.
- 01
The contractor inspects
Checklist, photos, deficiencies and signature captured on a phone in the mechanical room — offline if there is no signal.
- 02
The report validates
Before anything is submitted, the report is checked for the gaps that get one bounced back — missing dates, unresolved findings, incoherent results.
- 03
Everyone sees status
The building owner and the fire department read the same record, the moment it changes. No mailed copy, no forwarded PDF, no phone call to ask.

Where this comes from
Built in Wisconsin, by people who did the work
Visilence was designed with fire protection professionals and firefighters with more than twenty years in the trade — people who have run inspection routes, tagged extinguishers, and chased compliance paperwork for a living. It is in daily use by working fire protection contractors.
Nothing here is a compliance determination. Visilence records what contractors documented and shows it to the people entitled to see it; whether a building complies is the fire department’s call, made under their code.
